IT Support Technician

You will be joining an engaged IT team responsible for providing the best possible support to both LMS & LBS across EMEA . The team are driven by continuous improvement, utilizing company tools, such as daily management, standard work and voice of the customer, while very much focusing on the core value of “Best Team Wins”


  • 1st/2nd line support for IT incidents and service requests, meeting agreed metrics while maintaining an excellent level of customer service

  • Onboarding/offboarding associates, including hardware deployment and the management of users & groups in Active Directory

  • IT procurement in line with company standards while considering cost savings & avoidance

Additional Responsibilities

  • Escalation of tickets as required as per Standard Work

  • Support of company mobile devices

  • Basic support of telephony

  • Basic network troubleshooting

  • Contribution to activities supporting network security and compliance

  • Creation and review of knowledge base articles

  • End user training where relevant


Essential Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in German and English

  • Working experience of delivering IT support for both hardware and software.

  • Professional level knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office & Office 365

  • Completed IT apprenticeship or Bachelor degree in Computer Science or comparable experience / knowledge
